That's The end of it (What HAPPENED????????)

Friends are forever,
that's what people say
Friends are forever,
I learned that's not true today.

I've always trusted,
and confined in her,
but I heard her say,
that our friendship,
was nothing to her.

But I know those tears,
came flowing down,
and silently.
they hit the ground.
Cause I was in shock,
when she knocked on my door,
and told me,
that we weren't friends anymore.

The list of memories,
and good times that we shared,
should be continuously progressing,
and forever been shared,

but I guess the list doesn't go on from here,
Cause unfortunately,
our last day of friendship ends here,
and the memories,
they'll stay in our hearts,
since this friendship,
has been ended today,

I never thought that we would part,
I knew we would be friends forever.
and a day,
but I guess I was wrong,
and that point was made very clear to me today,
but why oh why, I am so confused, about the reason we've parted,
so very soon.

I know of friendships lasting as long as people live,
and we've only made it trough eight short years,
What happened to us,
what happened to those friends,
who would never leave one another's side,
not even at the end,

Sleep overs, water fights, bike rides and pillow fights,
friendship charms, bracelets, and necklaces,
always said the we'd be bestes friends forever,

but what happened?
Do you know?
