Feeling so alone
She doesnt know what to do
A teen mother
Trying to make it through

Waking up every morning
Wishing to die
Not knowing what will happen
And if shell ever find her guy

He promised to stay
And take care of his baby
To be a man
And stand up for his lady

He left one day
Saying he needed time
Its been two years now
And all she hears is the baby wine

Shes all alone
Cries all night long
But not knowing deep inside
She has her baby that she can confined

Without anyone
To help her out
Shes left to face the world
With only her baby to hold
