Lazy Sunday (Shadorma)

by Steven Beesley   Sep 11, 2005

Early rise
Coming from the east
Shining bright
The warm sun
Small young birds all in sweet song
Grass so very fresh

Many thoughts
Come into my mind
Feel the warmth
of the sun
Straight through the open window
A breathe of fresh air

Wash and shine
A hearty breakfast
Cup of tea
Now a smoke
The fresh smell of newspaper
What is news today?

Put on boots
Time for a long Stroll
Fresh light breeze
All is bright
Sunday with no one in sight
Shall I contemplate?

Not a cloud
Lovely clear blue skies
No worries
Time for lunch
Would really like a curry
And a nice cold beer.

Very creative, I love how you wrote this Steve. You write many different styles, I admire that. Beautifully done.
