Contemplation

by Libby   Sep 11, 2005

Walk around
Not quite floating
Looking at the floor all the time
My eyes are down
Trapped inside of my head
Are the words I want to use
To express the way I feel.

Crawling back, further back
Into my dark corner
Isolation of my soul
Contemplation of my role
What part do I play
In your life?
Would I ever be
A possibility?

We are at confidence,
Jokes and games.
Not quite hugs, holds
And wrestling matches yet
But there is still time
For us to grow.
Though it wont last forever
If I put it all to chance
And trust this it might

Sometimes I want to yell
And scream at the world
At you
For being so ignorant
How can you not see
The real me?
How in my silence
I adore you everyday more

I am laughing at myself
At my pathetic ways
of showing you my love.
Doing you a favour
Gives me an adrenaline rush
Like no other
Right now I would follow you
To the end of the earth and after

Everthing that is you
Is special
Is glorious
Has a shining aura
Golden and glowing
Blinding me from reality.
The only thing I want to change
Is your sexuality.
