Sacrifice my gain, I beg of you to release my insanity
Put all of your agonies upon the weight I carry upon myself
Pour the tears upon me, spread them into my eyes
Let loose the scarlet flags box up my mental health
Trumpeters sound my execution within the walls of my mind
Chain up this monster upon the antarctic ice shelf
Say prayers for this demon residing within each of us
Hope against hope that it will not escape my dreams
Tragedy ridden words leak like blood from a page
Therein lies an empty soul without thoughts it seems
Heavens gates are slowly drawing closed
Though life has the powers of hell I am but in between
Rejection from each cult of happiness and hope
Discarded into the black holes of terror and fear
Fighting unknown battles above the poppy fields
Hovering between paths of life bottling each crystal tear
The sword encased within solid rock formation
Is shattered destroying chances of rescusitation here
Mourners bells ring from the cathedral
A black line leads twisting along the path to the hills
Lighting flashes above, striking each one by one
Leaving everything to the devil in ones will
Shipwrecks fired up, flames licking upon the rock
Roses wilt genlty upon someones windowsill
Clouds form above, whilst the raindrops flicker on the roof
Splashing onto the homeless who line the streets
Preparing to shoulder the blame for each mistake created
Chains lock themselves around my broken feet
Feasting commences whilst we fall to the floor
Tearing at bread, fighting over scraps of meat
Until finally, the gallows are raised and ready
Casting bitter shadows from the starry sky
The rope hooks round my neck, tightening my heart
Shouts echo as I, the nameless, fall and die
