King Spider Protector

I am the Spider
Seen but not heard
A creation of fiction
Now forced to reality
Virtues I have been given
My nature changed forever
I am the Spider
Removed from the Wild
And given a new purpose
To fulfill a duty
Not made for my kind
I am the Spider
A request made to me
To take the role of protector
And love without loving
A watchful eye I must keep
I am the Spider
Keep a distance I am told
A guardian you must be
If the one you protect discovers you
Be prepared to die for love
I am the Spider
Another's life will always be in my hands
The life I protect will change overtime
Until my secret duty is discovered
Then the Spider will protect only one forever
