I'm not sure I understand this line, is there any way to clarify it?

"Your Sure To Go Insane"
It should be "you're" sure to go insane.

"Depressions a Disease"
depressions should have an apostrophe.

As for the message of the poem, I do agree about peoples' ability to get over depression. It can be extremely difficult, and it is much easier with help and support, but it is always possible.

Oh is this ever so true, speaking from experience, I totally agree that you CAN get over depression, if you really want too.......... I did!! Wonderful and powerful write.
