Alone Part 2

Before I go to bed at night
I shed some painful tears
And wonder how I've gone through it
For so much painful years...

But now it's been three years now
And I'm sitting here again
Remembering all the tears I cried
And all the hidden pain

I smile because I'm stronger
I laugh because I'm glad
I'm alive because I now know
That I don't always gotta be sad

'Cause when I find myself at night
Crying all alone
The only thing I have to do
Is just pick up the phone

My friends are right beside me
There, every step of the way
Happy that they'll be there
Each and every day

So when you feel like there is nothing
Nothing you can do
I want you to remember
That there are people just like you

Although you feel like no one cares
And no one understands
Just look for that one person
That will lend their helping hands
