September 11th

September 11th

Ah, yes, New York
It was just a normal day
Children were at school
It was just that way

But then there was a noise
In the distance; in the sky
There was a plane falling
People wondered why

As everyone ran away
The plane hit a building
None other than Twin Towers,
breaking apart with ease

Many people got killed
And all we ask is "why?"
We cry and scream
"Why did those people die?!"

Terrorists from Middle East
Got into a plane
They purposely crashed into the Towers--
They obviously were NOT sane

You poor people up in Heaven
We salute to you
For you experienced tragedy
Where our lives began anew

There is now a war
And all we ask is why
Why did those Terrorists pick us?
And make those people die?
