I see this is a true poem, and about a sensitive issue so I won't criticise too much poetically.
It's hurtful when you loose a close friend after so long and you've put across your feelings well. I think I get the jist of it...You used to be best friends until she found a "lover" and now sees you as a part time friend. But you're putting your foot down and saying it's all or nothing. Or something like that anyway.

Keep writing.
