That dreadful day in september

by shawn hoskins   Sep 14, 2005

How do you feel about that day, when bright clouds gave way,the sound of the engines all so clear, the fate of many drew so near, the black clouds that rose so high,as many of us sat and watched in fright,as are hero's made there way to the top, saving many as the buildings started to drop,i believe at that time my heart took a stop, many lost their lives, but giving up was never a thought, they gave their lives with so much courage, america lost a lot that day,but through it all we will somehow find our way
