Before They Give Away

The storm is forming off my eyes.
nothing much to see tonight in the sky.
just the deep outside inside a cloud.
the moon is shinning off my window.
and hitting the pool water for a shadow.

the glistening of the moon.
the sparkles from the water.
hits my face while i look in amazement.
that this pool of water is like the love i have.
doesn't matter how much water you have but how much love you get.

the water is a fault lie to anyone.
that it's the only thing that could over up something.
to me love is like a potion mixed in with the water.
everything sweet and nice becomes of it.
you don't see much of these anymore.

i begin to walk back inside and shut my door.
but something wouldn't let my feet move on to the floor.
i was stuck there until i begin to repeat what i have.
the water was caused by something.
like a star heard me tell myself how much i love you.

that wouldn't let me go inside.
just let me stood outside in the warm summer air.
nothing really i didn't care.
but it was so weird how a pool full of water gets to you.
maybe i was dreaming all of this.

i didn't realized it all that much.
until i knew that the next day.
when i looked into the pool.
there was nothing at all.
there was no water in it.

i thought to myself if this was a lie.
but i knew i loved you way before anything.
maybe water is a fact of love.
maybe it's a sign for something for someone.
to realize what they got before they give away.
