He hit me

I met my boyfriend at the park
it was way after dark

he took me to a private section
and asked me a question

he asked,\"are you cheating on me?\"
i replied,\"no, why would i be?\"

he called me a liar and a cheat
and thats when i took the first hit of my beat

he punched me in the face
and said i was a big disgrace

he kicked me in the side
and thats when i knew the reason he hit me, was cuz i hurt his pride

he thought i had cheated
and thats why i got beated

thats when he hit me for the last time
he didnt go to jail for his crime

i finally recovered
while everyone hovered

now i will always be fearful
but now i will always be more careful

    Oh my gosh this is really good but really sad.... If he's doing this, I'm begging you PLEASE get rid of him! Because if he is, you deserve so much better, and there really are tons of good guys out there who'd never lay a finger on you. If he hits you now, then it'll only get worse! So dump his sorry butt!! good job on the poem, 5/5

    Some men just have to dominate us to make themselves feel better . Hope this really didn't happen to you but if it did remember ...there are plenty of nice guys still out there . I would drop this loser and find me one of them . Take care " Hugs "
