Baby you were always there
when i felt i needed to cry
andyou never left my side
in order to help me get by

thank you for everything
i owe you my all
for all your sacrifices you made
for being there when i call

i never mean to hurt you
but sometimes i know i do
i know i can act so selfish
though you never gave up or said we're through

i made a lot of mistakes
some only you would forgive
but even through all the pain
you wanted our love to live

    Just having someone who is there for you is great, I lost my best friend a month ago, She didn't die, but she is dead to me now. I miss her. (But shhhh don't tell)

    This was good but i don't like this part of the poem "when I needed to let and cry" i think it should be like When i needed to hold you and you were there for me when i needed to cry. Something like that instead of what you got but anyway keep it up. keep on writing. love always and forever.
