Stop and take a look

Stop and take a look at what were doing to ourselves.

Listen to the children, and what they have to say.

I think of the way things used to be, and the way that they are now.

I know it doesn't have to be this way.

Sharing our feelings, and sharing our love.

Seems to be something, we don't do enough of.

I don't seem to know the reason why.

If we could only change the way we feel, and give each other a chance.

Then maybe, we could all walk side by side.
