Sweetest Sin

by Love Fallacy   Sep 17, 2005

The coldness I feel it on my skin,
I'm about to commit the sweetest sin,
An angel will come to take me from here,
My pain will be gone, without shedding a tear,

My skin so smooth, and warm all over,
I could never do this while I was sober,
The bottle it falls, and breaks on the floor,
So I grab another and drink some more,

I think I'm ready, its time to go,
Now its time for my blood to show,
I make the cut, not deep at first,
I love the pain, its something I thirst

Then I go deep, this time to far,
I am going to die, not just leave a scar,
I take in my last couple breaths,
My eyes feel heavy, I can smell death,

Now I lay in wait, for her to grab my hand,
Down below I go, way beneath the sand,
Finally she has come, her beauty like no other,
God didn't send her, but were meant for each other,

Her wings as black as the darkest night,
I go to her, and put up no fight,
Embraced in her arms, my worries leave,
Looking into her eyes, as she tries to deceive,

A perfect time to leave my life,
No kids, no love, and no wife,
My time is up, nothing left to try,
I have chosen the option to die,

So take me great angel from below,
New things to learn, and new things you'll show,
I know now I can sleep at ease,
Love is gone, me it can't tease,

No games to play where I'll be,
No one to love or even see,
At life, I've lost, but at this I'll win,
I decided to die, and commit the sweetest sin
