Breaking up is hard to do,
Espeically when it's with you.
I remember us standing there,
And you telling me you didn't care.

Breaking up is hard to do,
We lasted for a year maybe two,
Why did you have to my break my heart?
Hold is close than pull it apart.

I hope your happy with your newest squeeze,
But think of me, I beg you please!
You hurt me so and made me cry,
And I wonder was is it all a lie.

I let the tears run down my cheek,
And listen to the words you speak,
Breaking up is hard to do,
Especially when I'm still in love with you!
