No, I'm not depressed

Fear, Sadness, and pain
fill my soul as I cry
But no I'm not depressed
I just consider suicide
I feel so lost
Myself I can not find
But no I'm not depressed
I've just lost my mind
Now and then I cut myself
To see my "life blood" flow
But no I'm not depressed
My pain just started to show
I couldn't take the questions
What? Why? How?
But I've escaped depression
For I am gone now
