MY LAST WISH

by Rachel leigh   Sep 17, 2005

I'm not sure if you'll ever read this,
Or if you will even care
This is my very last wish
I just thought that I would share.

I live a life full of hopes
That no matter what, wont come true,
My life has all these ropes,
And Ive only seemed to cross a few.

But then one day you'll have to stop,
For theres more important things in life,
You may never know whats at the top,
Because somehow youve found the knife.

I wished that you would always be near,
Thats all I wanted from you,
You said you'd always be here,
And I thought that you were true.

Somehow I understand,
I have his feeling inside,
That you'd always be there to hold my hand,
That I can not hide.

I guess its time to say goodbye,
To what was once called we,
Because deep down inside
Is always where you'll be
