Graveyard, My Home

by LadyPearl   Sep 17, 2005

Moonlight rise from the trees
a round white figure one can see
Shadows leap from fears of sorrow
feel this heart, damp and hollow

One by one a loved one dies
until my tears could not be cried
burying them with my hands
upon the grass of my cursed lands

Like a Flower they wither away
photos of joy never would stay
Youngest of all I watch them leave
Fires of anger was all I believed

Home so silent and dismayed
Waiting for the day my soul be laid
To join all those others who has gone
The graveyard, Where I belong
