Nature of Emotion

When it rains,
The earth sheds yet another tear.
Rubbish filling the streets,
Drained blocked, animals dying.
Seas growing low with chemical filled,
Waters that cater for no one; just death.

When it shines,
The sun brings new ideas for creation.
Gadgets that make this life easier,
Then they had it in the old days.
Winding back the clock to re visit,
Times when this world was dark.

When birds whistle,
The winds blows, sings a new tune.
Happiness and love is all around,
A new arrival; connection of two humans.
Doves let free to roam this world,
Come back for another chance later.

When clouds come out,
Weather changes, emotions fall.
Beating down on my window,
Sorrow is felt inside me.
Grass grows greener,
On the other side, it’s dark still.

We have strength in the ocean,
The nature of emotion.
