This world maybe treating us cruel,
But we can't blame it; everyone made the wall crumble.
We created the streets we walk, and the now
Shattered homes that were built to shade us from sun.
We created the mistakes,
We created the happiness,
We created this life.
Our chance to change it for the better,
As we made the obstacles harder for us.
Chose bullets instead of talks,
Now children suffer, death, families lost.
Encounter of rushing waters,
Flooding of people from one place to another.
Tackle full on, charge at the throat,
With fear hidden inside.
We didn't make this place cruel.
It wasn't me, nor you.
