Just because he's not the same,

All they do is break him down.

They all say he's to blame,

For the hardships of their town.

On the outside, he stays strong,

But inside he is a wreck.

Rumors spread, all day long,

And everyone he wants to deck.

All the anger bottled up,

All is buried deep inside,

With the overflowing cup,

Of the tears that he has cried.

His friends say let it go,

But to that vault, he's lost the key.

He finds out lies he didn't know,

Anger blinds him and he can't see.

He gives up, he lets them win,

He gives them what they want.

He has all yang, he killed his yin,

He's struck out on a punt.

There's no one he can trust.

Everyone's duplicitous, to him.

solitude and anger are a must

for his twisted idea of whim.

What the..? I knew knew you were so creative! When you said "everyone" you better not mean me, because I can assure you I am not duplicitous! My favourite lines are:

"His friends say let it go,

But to that vault, he's lost the key.

He finds out lies he didn't know,

Anger blinds him and he can't see."

    That's bleeping creative!
