Black

by Chase Witt   Sep 20, 2005

Black is such a dreary color,
even though that is the color of my heart,
from all the pain you have caused me,

you thought it would have been better,
if by leaving me in a pool of my own blood,
would stop the hurt,

but death will never end this hurt,
i figure you enjoy this,
when you heard,
about me lying in my bed,
suffering all day,

i knew it pleased you,
when you were with him,
that look on my face,
that look that showed you still had me,

but i caught you by surprise,
when i walked in,
with that beautiful girl,
you couldn't stand it,
i had found someone new,
someone better then you,

since i was causing the pain that was so dealt to me,
to you,
you could not stand it,
because you were not strong like me,

but you caught me by surprise,
when you told me you needed to talk,
even more surprise was dealt,
when you pulled that knife from behind,
and sent it straight through my heart.
