Without Him!

(This poem is about a friend of mine and what she is going through...I wrote it awhile ago!)

She opened her eyes
and then realized
that her life was never going to be the same.

She wondered why
all she could do was cry
she wish she knew who to blame.

She didn't know what to do
all she thought about was you
her world seemed to be crashing down.

She was hurting inside
it was what she tried her hardest to hide
she couldn't help but frown.

She felt all alone
her body seemed to shake to her bone
she wished she knew where turn.

She needed someone there
she wondered if anyone cared
her eyes began to burn.

She wanted her life to end
all she needed was a friend
but no one seemed to be around.

She was in horrible pain
every time she heard his name
but she knew he couldn't be found.

She had a broken heart
because her love and her was so far apart
she wished she knew what to do.

She loved the way she had felt
every time you had made her heart melt
but now you're gone and she's still in love with you.

She wishes you were here
but it isn't possible for you to be there
because you're in heaven above.

She cries to you at night
your face is what she images in sight
she remembers how much you both were in love.

She misses those days
for it was you she praised
you were her whole heart and soul.

She tries to be strong
but sometimes she thinks its wrong
because without you she isn't whole.

She loves you more then life
she was supposed to be your future wife
but God had to take you away.

She knows God had a reason
yet it gets harder throughout each season
but she knows she will be united with you one day.

She agrees to hold on
she knows it might be long
but she knew she had to stay.

She knew not to give in
she didn't want the pain to win
she didn't want to end that way.

She thought about you
and how you would be ashamed in what she planned to do
she didn't want you to be mad.

She decided it was best
to keep living her life through the mess
but she knew you didn't want her to be sad.

She wants you to know she loves you
and every minute she thinks about you
and that she will never forget about those wonderful days.

She will try her hardest to move on
even though you were her soul mate but now gone
but she knows you are watching her throughout the sunny rays!
