Her eyes glisten like a twinkling star
They see the passion that comes from him
Pretty eyes that show love that never dies
The sadness I feel as I hear her cries
As she tells me how he tells her lies
I feel compassion for her
I know she still cares and its not fair
For hr to waste her love on a man
Who is never even there
The more we talk the stronger my feelings get
I hope this guy doesn't do something that he'll regret
Like wish that they had never met
If so I know his time is set
She doesn't even know
That I like her and I keep it on the low
Does she know that where she is
Thats where I want to be
I am too nervous to let it flow
Not knowing what she will say
And the feeling she will show
