The Light Faded

You gave me light,
But it faded to black.
It's not your fault,
It's love that i lack.

You made me smile,
But now your words,
They make me frown,
Pain stabs me like swords.

We are confusing,
So I'm wondering again.
What you're feeling,
Will this ever end?

This rollarcoaster we're on,
These ups and downs.
They get deeper everyday,
I'll be found on the ground.

Where do you stand?
That's a good question.
Why do i always change,
What should i mention?

Is there even a point.
We are so young i know.
Should i put in the effort,
When i feel so low?

I'm right here waiting,
Guide with your hands,
Lead me somewhere safe,
Hopefully to another land.
