Everything You Said

You say i have no reason to frown,
I snigger because maybe you're right.
Maybe i should be happy,
I should change just like that.

You say i don't try hard enough,
I look down with disappointment.
I try so hard it hurts,
When it goes wrong and i fail.

You say I'm a pathetic person,
I cry with the realization.
Nothing i ever do is right,
Everything can ever be enough.

You say I'm too ugly to look at,
I fall with these burdened shoulders.
My self-esteem crumbles more,
I'm left to change the impossible.

You say you're ashamed to call me yours,
I can't move with self-hatred.
No longer good enough for anything,
Not even your dutied love.

You all say you want out,
I'm not going to bother putting up a fight.
It's better to let go of people who don't care,
Than to leave when there was a chance.

A chance to be happy,
To make things right,
A chance to hold on,
And put up a fight.

That chance is gone now,
Faded with my self-hatred,
And now has vanished,
With everything you said.

    Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!! that made me cry!! ur too much of a great person to be treated like that!! its a really good poem and like ive said before u have so much talkent so dont EVER stop writting because ur poems r SOOOO gooD!! plz keep it up and im here 2 talk 5/5 all the way
