Another Mr. Wrong

by Tierney   Sep 21, 2005

When I think of you
My heart begins to race
My stomach starts doing flips
When i see a smile on your face.

To see you with other girls
my heart sinks to the floor
My tears fell like rain the day
that you walked out the door.

My body starts to tingle
when you make love to me
Knowing that's all over with
makes it hard to breathe.

My hands would shake
with the thought of you.
And my head always pounds
with the confusing things you do.

At times my knees are weak
and sometimes it was hard to stand
with all the sweet things you'd do
like kissing and holding my hand.

My feelings were endless
and still they are now.
With how bad you are to me
i really can't see how.

I guess I'll keep loving you
until the day that i die
Ill have this lonesome feeling forever
And i still can't figure why.

I need someone new
to get me over us
but all thanks to you
it's hard for me to trust.

I can't wait for that someone
to come sweep me off my feet
I'm hoping it'll last forever
and not be short and sweet.

So now i sit here waiting
for Mr. Right to come along
I'm sure as hell done with finding
just another Mr. Wrong

Beautifully written. It took me until I was 41 to find the right person...fell in love when she said "hello" on the phone. You will know when it is right. The search helps you know when it is right.
