Losing You!

It started when you told me,
How much you really cared.
The feelings that you had for me,
Was something what prepared.

Once everything was public
I opened up my eyes,
And found I really liked you
Although no one was surprised.

After time alone and careful words
I asked you to be with me.
It felt like my dream come true,
That god had summoned me.

Without a doubt you proved to be,
So special and divine.
I knew that you were true and caring,
And was most definitely mine.

As time passed by, the love we shared
Proved we were meant to be
And we would always be together
For eternity

I was always scared to look ahead
At what the future may hold
I knew that I would melt away,
Might heart could soon unfold.

As feelings attacked me bitter and sad
My heart was sure to freeze
Showing some fear whilst holding a tear
We drifted in an emotional breeze.

I thought back to what I had done
Yet nothing that I would change
Things I could have maybe tried
To completely re-arrange.

Distressed, down and feeling low,
I realised what was true.
I was on the urge of getting worse,
For I was LOSING YOU!!
