Reality is fake

You try to look inside me
to find out what is real
gazing beyond the broken heart
the shattered wall in pieces

the tears i cry no longer reach my eyes
the burning heat no longer cooled by water
the endorphins released by disaster
the adrenaline that sweep of hope

blazing inside is a fire
a rampaging destruction
turning all in its path to ashes
returning me to my state that past

smiling to make you happy
a cheery destruction
a piece of plastic put to my face
a fake smile for my reality

an angel fallen from grace
her wings torn to pieces
blackened out, her face of dirt
the lies that haunt her day and night

a bubble waiting to burst
a bomb waiting to explode
the inevitable waiting to happen
perfection waiting for its flaw

look beyond my reflection
through my dark blue eyes
to the gray that is always lurking
to the pain that lies inside.
