There once was a boy
Who lived like any other
He grew up on small toys
Along with his little sister
He went to school
And admired those who were cool
He'd wished he was like them
Even though he had ample friends
He graduated and continued to study
Even though he wasn't really good
But one day he had to earn enough money
So that he could buy back food
It was into his second year
The beginning of a new semester
Nothing seemed new or queer
That's until he met her
She had been in the school previously
Just that nobody bothered to have her as a date
After the break she came back looking pretty
That's when she started turning heads
The boy didn't realized too till this year
The truth was that he'd really liked her
But deep in his heart was nothing but just fear
In his face to see rejection really clear
The girl has a beautiful smile
Pearly whites you can make out from a mile
With lovely dimples upon flawless complexion
She's more beautiful than those plastic Russians
Her fine, ash-tinted yet auburn-coloured hair
Glistens in the summer sunshine with care
While those almond-shaped eyes sparkles upon red glasses
Her Michelangelo sculpture-like nose with full marks and passes
Her personality is a little different
From those he knew from the past
Even though her replies might seem a little stringent
There's a spell of adoration that seems to last
Somehow or other he would have to take his chance
As he didn't have anything to lose
Whenever she passed he would constantly glance
In his mind thinking of dropping clues
There's a method which he wouldn't say
Even till today
Somehow he managed to send her a message
Till now he swears it's his only secret passage
She replied after a few days and he was surprised
As he had different views on her initially
When he understood her better he then realized
That nothing's what it seems to be
However he's at a standstill now
For sometimes he places himself in her shoes
The next step he just doesn't know how
Since he doesn't want having her forever lose
One problem is like this
Which makes him pretty pissed
He seems to see her everywhere
During which he smiles while she only stares
He's afraid that he might be scaring her
Or maybe think of him as a stalker
Sometimes he just wishes he was like some other
Or at least have the gift of the gab likes his father
Maybe after all she'll just be another pretty face
Who will end up in the arms of another
Even if that'd happen he wouldn't be amaze
'Cause he is nothing special like any other
I shall end my story here for there is no special ending
For things look bleak and quite degrading
Even though they are of different classes
The boy's fallen in love with the the girl in red glasses
