Silver Lining

All the pain and hatrid,
Preparing the questions to be sunk into.
Words twisted, truth untold,
Left to imagine what's in you.
I want to turn back the time,
Try and understand the answers.

Left me in a dash,
Now I'm left with a gash.

No silver lining to ease my thoughts, but
A broken landing on solid ground.
Passageways of pictures,
Perfection that I thought would last.
Magic lost, runway fading into the grey,
I have no passion to carry on.

Baggage killing me down,
Faking a smile, showing a frown.

Silence of confusion,
I have no way to get back to you.
Nothing making sense,
Thinking you would help me.
You gave me the wrong answers to my questions,
Now change them, like you did.

Loved the way that you cared,
Now everytime I see you, I'm scared.

No silver lining on this love, yet again.
