Here I lie

Here be mine grave where my body lies
By the rivers mourning tears, the maiden she cries
Dragonboats drift along a silent night
Funeral flowers plagued red among each precious fight

Therein lies the beast, the slayer of time
Once belonging to a rider forthwith it is mine
Redemption offers tragedy, a doorway to life
Bloodstains the battlefields with songs of bitter strife

Within reason, without doubt ride on my friend
For the tyranny cometh and happiness doth end
Send a fleet across the ages to those lands afar
Reaching distant existence, bound for the stars

Ah yes, say you when the blood sun falls
You hear the rebellions and those distant war calls
Fly child, take heed of the darkness in sin
Journey to the west where the pathway to giants begins

Here lies mine coffin, mahongany and proud
Lay me down to final rest within the royalty crowd
Bring out the mourners, throw lilies to the wind
Fall into hypnosis as the harpies sing
