The lights are on but my world so dark
My pain you'll never know
I smile for you because its easier
I'll never let it show

Such pain unknown but i wont cry

Feeling like a freak on a leash
Feeling like i got no release
How many times have i felt diseased?

I'll tell you story
One with a unique twist
I'll use a blade instead of a pen
And I'll write it on my wrist

And as i write this story
A stream begins to appear
And as this stream flows
All my problems disappear.
