Four friends, Four Girls (Part 2 of 2)

by Suchapoetictradgedy   Sep 24, 2005

We don't need all of this
Bringing us down into
The deep crevices of this
Thing they call life.
We sit there and blindly searching
For something more.
The silence haunts our already unstable dreams.
We no longer doubt our pain,
Fear nor motives.
Realizing what must happen, we will
Face death.
4 friends, 4 girls laughing at such a morbid subject
Would make most shudder.
But us, no we laugh;
We are intrigued by death.
The pills slide easily down our throats easier than we had expected.
Our tongues dry
With anticipation of our end.
The fire around us,
Dancing in the wind,
Friends gathered near, all is good.
4 friends, 4 girls died by a fire.
The news claimed it was done by
A few "fallen" girls.
Other's say it was drug problems.
But we have no regrets, as the
Fires of Hell engulf our bodies.
As we lay there beside each other.
We laugh at the poor lost people we left behind.
Betraying the shallow image of death.
Haunting the people who drove
Us to this.
The tears will no longer fall.
Our screams no longer to be heard.
The silence will forever haunt
The monsters.
Our lives like open books.
4 friends, 4 girls will be silent.
Now and for all eternity.
Our burning tears pierce the
Hearts of the monsters
And make them bleed.
