I always saw this coming
now your stuck in the sand
I'm trying to reach you
but you just won't take my hand

I'm only trying to help
trying to help you to survive
but you'd rather just be gone
and just not stay alive

what are you saying
how can you say i don't care
look behind your back
is there any one else there

you blame me for your scars
and you say its all my fault
i tried my best to stop
you from ever getting caught

if you'd have just done what i ask
you wouldn't be burning in the fire
it hurts too much to watch
this was never my desire

you hate me i can see
its written in your eyes
you couldn't take control
now I'm the one you despise

i just want to see you saved
because you've suffered long enough
tried to have your cake and eat it
but things just got too tough

the rocks started mounting
they all just fell on top
you blame me for the landslide
but i tried to make it stop

your excuses leave you out
so i take all the blows
bruised so much i can't breathe
and in my broken body it shows

but if you don't want my help
what else can i do
I'm too tired to keep on trying
so i guess me and you are through

Wow, this is really good. it makes me wanna cry! lol your poems all have lots of feeling in them. sorry about askin, i was just curious. i think its great that you can put yourself in someone elses place when you write. not many people can do that!

Deeply moving peiece, I am honest as well I love how you keep the i's lower case it really adds to the poem, I like the second staza the best it has almost a muscail quailty to it. The flow is great, the emotion strong, you couldn't have done much to improve this peice, it is wonderfully written 5/5

This poem somewhat portrays what most of my dreams are... The "one" man in my life saving, usually I'm saved....but few times I wasn't..... Love the poem though, I love reading your work.... Mine sucks i know, but sometimes i have my moments.

I just hope this poem is not about the girl you mentioned in most of your poems.
