The Night

You saw me cry
you watched me fall down
you just sat there and watched
as my world turned upside down

didn't say a word
didn't even move
just sat there staring
like you had nothing else to do

I started to break down
started screaming
you acted like it was fun for you
like it was just a game

you didn't do anything
until I grabbed a knife
but you were too late
I was done living life

after my funeral
everyone gave you hugs
because they though you hurt so bad
that you lost someone you loved

so for everyone who hears this
keep one thing in mind
when someone needs your help
help them before you're out of time

don't let someone who loves you die
just because you think it's fun
because it might be your fault
your best friend's life is done
