Tremble

by Leah   Sep 25, 2005

I trembled...

The first time I seen you,
my knees went incredibly weak,
I instantly blushed,
and I couldn't even speak.

When we started holding hands,
it was like a happily after,
this relationship almost flawless,
filled with lots of love and laughter.

Such a crowded room,
but I only see one guy,
far across the room, and we managed to look into
each-others eyes.

A bubble in my stomach,
from when you caress my neck,
heart racing quite profusely,
and my palms start to sweat.

In this perfect reality,
nothing quite seems bitter,
you kissed my cheek softly,
and my eyes stood aglitter.

Our hearts dance together so freely, as our hands form an unbreakable chain, so delicately.

I felt so unimaginably warm
in your grasp, feeling
so protected knowing
our love would last.

So beautiful our kiss was tonight,
as the stars started twinkling,
in the golden moonlight.

My heart stands so weary as you continue to kiss me, my feelings assemble,

as you stroke my cheek,

and I tremble...
