One last kiss

by midmid   Sep 25, 2005

When i hear the door bell ring
when i hear a love bird sing
when i watch two holding hands
walking on sunset on the sand
flashes of memories appear
blinding my heart i shed a tear

and sometimes when i hear a song
you used to sing i stare for long
at a mistery in the sky
the moon so bright i hear it cry
out your name, echoes of despair
answer in pain, you are nowhere

A lonely heart, an empty soul
A sigh, a tear a cry and all
my senses strive for one last kiss
for one last touch for words i miss
A word for the silence I bared
A smile for all the greif we shared
A touch for all the time that passed
A kiss for love that'll everlast
