If your life lacks meaning, create meaning for it, don't just toss it away. You have this life to live, so rise to your fullest potential, don't sunk into the waves of dispair. If you don't have motivation to live, create it. Care about other people, serve them, learn about them, save a life or two, live, learn, love.

It ain't one reason that makes you want to live
it are the little pleasiors like the taste of chocolate (really helps me when I'm depressed), the kiss of the wind and the tendresses of water in a hot bath.
My advice, big bar of chocolate, some candles, relaxing music and a hot bath with lavendal oil (or whatever you like).
This seems stupid but believe me, you'll feel like a different person

My favourite part was the last line, I thought it has huge impact.
I think you should write the poem out properly instead of in slang, as it takes away the seriousness of the issue.
Apart from that you did a wonderful job.
