One Year Since I Awoke

The past year has been the best,
and the worst,
year of my life.
I never thought I would ever find someone as perfect as you.
You awoke someone inside of me I never knew on that great day.
Someone that cannot be manipulated.
Someone that can not be reasoned with.
Every moment I'm with you
is never long enough;
I wish i could string every second out forever,
until the end of time,
because your so perfect.
But when your away,
I'm dead.
I am nothing.
The longer you are away,
the more i miss you,
and the more i need you.
Can we make it last forever?
Or will the moment end.
All i can do is promise it will never end within my heart.
Within this new person inside of me.
No matter what happens,
I will always love you.
Heres to another painfully perfect year.
