Hear the Cries

Well before anyone reads this I want you to know that I wrote this after I heard about these 3 kids that go to my school. They were all brothers. The youngest is in the hospital right now as the other two wait for him on the other side. As people at school talked about it, some said they really didn't care they left. After hearing that I didn't care about school anymore. All day I prayed! I'm hoping that the one in the hospital gets out okay.

Cj Cavalcante - 19 years old
Danny Cavalcante - 16 years old
(Everybody at school misses you both so much it's unbelievable)
Paul Cavalcante - 15 years old (please don't leave us yet)

So heres my song. I was inspired to write it after all this stuff has happened. And if you pray every night, please add Paul in your prayers, even if you don't know him. It would mean a lot.

When I woke up one morning.
I turned on the news, like I always do.
Just hearing all the people crying.
And even seeing some dying.

It just makes you think.
In just one blink.
You see the one you love.
Then they turn to a dove,
Flying to the Heaven sky.
And you hear that whisper,
"Please don't cry!"

As the rain comes down.
So do all your hopes.
As I hear the sound,
Of all the cries.
It brings a chill up my spine.
Why is everything bad,
Happening all at once?

Oh, why is it that,
Everything is going down.
If you see someone's face covered by their hands.
Give them a hug and say, it's okay.

There are people out there.
Hurting themselves.
And just wanting to die.
Imagen if you did.
Think of all your friends and family.
How would that affect them?
"Please, don't ruin your life!"
