Like a boxer

by Stephy   Sep 26, 2005

Just like a boxer
I'll walk into the ring
With my chin held high
Thinking I'm on top of the world

I think I'm mentally ready
To take all the hits
Round after round
I'll keep telling myself to stay strong

The last punch was too hard
I can feel I'm starting to fall
Just what everyone was waiting for
I just hit the ground

Passed out on the floor
I'm quitting this game
Blood everywhere
I can no longer feel the pain

And just like a boxer
that went through his last fight
For the last time I'll hear the crowd's screams
This is my final ''knock out''

OH yes this is good! After all we kind of live like a boxer sometimes. Someone has to fail. We can't all win. Hmm.. Very well done.
