In single file, we walk to my car.
just staring at the pure white snow,
he embraces me from behind,
and I can only feel exactly right.
not wanting this next five minutes to end,
but I know it will sooner than expected.
now at my car, face to face,
I look up to his sky blue eyes and mine smile back.
the cold is just settling in my body
and I want his warmth around me again.
suddenly, he leans in and gives my the perfect, soft, sweet, innocent kiss.
the only thing I can do is kiss back.
his lips are smooth, full and completely loveable but
I hate it.
hate how wonderful this is.
but I don't care anymore,
I'm done playing around.

stepping into my car, looking at him through the window.
I smile and laugh, a laugh of pure happiness.
now approaching my house, I want to turn my car back around,
and find him.
