When everyone thinks my smile is real

One day I walked by main street
Saw a little girl with scars and bruises
All over her arms
She stared back at me
As if life didn't matter anymore
I reached out my hand and said
Come with me I promise you wont feel pain no more
Then reality kicked in
And that girl was me
I'm sick of this life
Sick of this world
Sick of everyone around me
So can you leave me here alone now
