Walls around my heart

As my walls come tumbling down
I soon start to have my first look around
Seeing things like never before
Everything is new to me
My heart wants to soar

With a smile on your face
You reach out for my hand
From the look in your eyes
You've been there too
and you understand

My heart starts to race
When you gently touch my face
Tracing my lips without missing a beat
These emotions you have given me
has swept me off of my feet

Thousands of emotions flowing
Through my veins as you touch my skin
I have no idea how to explain this or even where to begin

When you kissed my lips
A wave went straight to my heart
Longing to be with you
And never again be apart

I tremble with every breath that I take
I say to my self, I hope this is not going to be another mistake
Scorned before from someone I thought loved me
Praying that this isn't another who is going to use me

This feels like a dream, To be able to open up and finally see
That this love I thought was lost was always inside of me
Walls so thick and surrounded in stone
My heart was so cold and felt all alone

Then you came into my life and started proving to me
That I would have to trust again in order to finally be free
Trying to be strong I take this once last chance
To open my heart to a loving romance

I want to give you my heart, my body and soul
To unleased these deep feelings and loose all control
Show me a love that is sweet and so true
Just give me this is all that I am asking from you
