On The Roof

On the roof you look into the sky
watching all the different things that fly by.
Without a care in the world about what is going on
like all the things that are mysteriously gone.

Watching the birds fly by in a flock,
like fish do under a dock.
Seeing airplanes and jets soaring very fast
like the bad memories of one persons past.

Things that have happened that you wish to forget
but are scared to do so because you'll fell regret.
Looking at the clouds in all different patterns
can remind a person of what really matters.

With the reflection of the suns rays
you can see during the day.
The light lets you look toward life,
like trying to find your true love in life.

So while on the roof let your problems fly away
for you can look to see another day.

    Wow you're pretty good, and your flow was nice and the message was beautiful and i agree w/ the flow being a lil choppy but your rhyming is tons better than mine. you've got a lot of talent, keep it up!
