Everynight She Cries

by unbelievable life   Sep 28, 2005

Every night a girl cries to herself
Asking god why
Why do you do this to me
Why am I alive
Why can't you,
Just let me die
Nobody knows what she goes through
People seem to think hey do
Say how it's just a divorce no big deal
If only they knew her pain won't heal
Her scars and scabs she tries to cover
Tries to hide them from her mother
But it's an impossible task
Her arms all full of scabs
One may finally heal
But two more reappear, no matter how much
She wishes they'd heal
She hides herself away
Every single day
She used to pray
Instead a pool of her blood is where she lay
She finally gave up one day
In her grave is where she shall forever lay
God finally allowed her to die
Now she spreads her wings and flies
Everyday in the sky she soars
No more scars, scabs, or sores
The pain in which she had to deal
Has finally healed
