Ever since i met you
my dreams came true
when i look into your eyes
the warmth that comes over me
is like I've never felt before
i now see how much you care
the fact that you do indeed really love me
i never thought i would find love
until you came into view
you opened your heart
and let me in
you said you would always be there
you would always care
at first i was scared
i didn't know if i could believe you
as you hold me and look down in my eyes
i see that smile light up your face
i know there is truth in what you say
i can't help but lay my head on your shoulder
and just smile to myself
thanking God for what he gave me
you truly are something special
